In the Quality Patient Relations© seminar you will learn skills to improve communications and effectively personalize patient care. By accurately assessing your patients’ Personality Type using the Process Communications Model® , you will communicate and motivate more effectively and avoid miscommunication that leads to conflict and problems at your office. By identifying your own communication strengths , your Psychological Needs, and your own Distress Sequence, you can learn to avoid stress and burnout and experience success and excitement in your profession with patients you previously found very difficult.
