Rental Policies and Fees
Effective May 1, 2008
Monday-Thursday Friday, Saturday, and Sunday $175.00 per day $250.00 per day
Digital Projector $50.00 per day We ask for 50% of your rental fee to reserve the date of your special event. This 50% and all other fees are refundable up to two months prior to your scheduled event. We also require a check in the amount of $150.00 for our key and cleaning deposit. All payments must be cash or a check made payable to AltaMira, L.L.C.. Mail everything to the business address c/o AltaMira, L.L.C. or drop it by our office at #7 Office Park Drive, Suite 120, Little Rock, AR. 72211. We ask that you clean the facilities and leave it in the condition that you found it after your event . Please take all trash with you as you leave the grounds. When you return the key to the AltaMira business office at #7 Office Park Drive, Suite 120, Little Rock, AR. 72211, we will return your deposit check to you. We have 12, 6 ft. tables and 48 chairs for you to use during your event at no extra charge. There is a private, upstairs office space with a shower and sink which can be used as a dressing area for brides. This space will be made available upon request for an additional $50 per day. A digital projector with screen and sound system are also available for $50 per day with prior arrangements and deposit.

It is not design to accommodate children's parties.
